Mangos may be peeled from the stem end to tip of fruit. Make sure the mango is supported as the rind is pulled away from the fruit, keeping the mango on the fork. This method of peeling should use a plate or other clean surface to rest the mango on, to avoid pulling the fruit from the fork during peeling.
