Mail payment (bank draft, certified check, money order, etc.) to P. O. Box listed at website, upon receipt forks will be shipped via USPS to the shipping address provided with payment. This takes somewhat longer than Pay Pal.

Domestic shipping, handling, and packaging costs $4.95 for up to three (3) set (four count of forks). International shipping (outside the United States of America) cost must  be determined and paid by purchaser with handling and packing cost of $3.95 USD.
